this was yesturday around 12 pm. THat was my second day of fasting. The first day of the fast I had two diet sodas and a green apple...nothing else...THen yesturday my second day of fasting I had two diet sodas, and a orange, and two fries.....
Today in the morning I felt like throwing up. Im not sure if my body was tyrign to say, "Im not used to this food/or lack there of"...but whatever... I tried to calm it with diet soda but if just made it worse:(. I read you should never fast more then two days or else it will screw up your motabilism, so today I had a diet soda and orange juice, and a handful of chips,. FOr lunch Im eating grapes and nuts. I was thinking about becomeing a vegan to keep the weight down. At the beggining of my fast I was 120 now Im 110...I want to be 90 :( I will upload another video of today :) peace I value all your comments and support, it keeps me strong :)
