I have posted my food diary here for last week. You will notice a lot of snacks. The first week is tough, so I tend to snack more, but still keep within my points most of the time.

I like to play little tricks to keep me on the plan. For example, I don't count fat free salad dressing, I don't count Splenda, I don't count fat free mayo. And as I mention in the video, I take weekends off. Shocking, isn't it?? Well I still lose and it keeps me from going insane.

So I'm still on track and plan to keep going!
